Evaluations
Please allow 45 minutes for evaluations. You may be asked to complete a history form prior to the appointment.
Physician reports and tests related to your referring diagnosis is appreciated.
Treatment
Therapy sessions are scheduled for 30 or 45 minute appointments. Frequency will be determined at the time of the evaluation.
